It was very close to the main road and very easy to find!
The internet service was very slow and poor.
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds were old and worn out. Back ache.
Great location and facilities. Our room was a twin bed not king as asked. Bed was very uncomfortable. In general good place to stay. Breakfast was good. Coffee mediocre.

Was dirty, dingy. Needs Major updates. Only stayed one night and was worried about bugs. Could not complete our stay.

Very convenient to Dolly wood, Gatlinburg and Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Great breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were dirty.
I would not recommend this hotel. The room smelled bad. The pool and hot tub were not very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hot bar was nice.

Updated, clean, lots of choices at the breakfast bar. Comfortable beds, free internet, pretty good pool and hot tub.
Hot-cold on water was backwards, had to go on a hunt for a working soda machine.
It had a couple of problems but overall was fine for an overnight stay.
